Programs of Study:
The two levels of study (Level One: Ministry Training and Level Two: Leadership Development) are structured with the mission and vision of INSTE in mind.

To accomplish that purpose, those levels are further developed into two types of programs of study: Three non-degree programs (Certificate in Christian Ministry, Diploma in Christian Ministry and Diploma in Christian Leadership) and two degree programs (Bachelor of Christian Ministry and Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology).

All students, whether in a non-degree or a degree program, study the same course of study in INSTE. Those admitted to one of the degree programs must transfer to INSTE a certain amount of college credit from an accredited Institution, which is then applied toward the requisites of that degree.

INSTE Level One:
INSTE Level One is for all believers who desire to grow in their faith and service to the Lord. We call it Ministry Training, because we have all been called to service in our homes, churches, and communities.

INSTE Level Two:
INSTE Level Two is designed for those whom God has called and gifted for church leadership. This college-level program guides students both academically and practically (through personal mentoring by an experienced church leader) in their preparation for church leadership.
A non-leader track is also available to provide advanced Bible and theology studies for the Level One graduate who, although not sensing God's call to leadership, desires to serve the Lord faithfully in his/her church, home, and community.
